By accessing CollabCreate, you agree to these Terms. CollabCreate operates as a connection and escrow platform — not an agency. We facilitate direct deals between companies and YouTube creators.
CollabCreate is not a party to agreements between Brands and Creators. We provide infrastructure for deal creation, escrow, contract verification, dispute mediation, and payment processing.
Companies must register with legal company name, ID, VAT number, country, representative name, and email. Misrepresentation is grounds for account termination.
Creators access CollabCreate via Google sign-in through invitation links. Creators are responsible for ensuring they can fulfill accepted campaign deliverables.
All funds are deposited by the Brand and held in escrow until delivery confirmation. Upon confirmation, a 5% fee is deducted and the remaining 95% is released within 48 hours.
Contracts are initiated by the Brand and reviewed by CollabCreate's support team for completeness and fairness. Both parties must sign digitally before a deal is active.
Either party may open a dispute. CollabCreate reviews the contract, content, and communications. Decisions are binding and made within 14 business days.
CollabCreate is not liable for content quality, creator performance, algorithm changes, or YouTube platform changes. Total liability shall not exceed the platform fee for the specific deal.
